About: Our mission is to provide players of all ages with a unique and exciting live escape gaming experience that was inspired by both real and made-up stories. Everyone enjoys a good challenge, and in order to provide you with one, you and your pals will be confined in a setting that is completely immersive with only one hour to figure out how to escape.
What a wonderful adventure it was.
This was our third time participating in an Escape Room, but our first time at this particular location. Behind a restaurant and close to the South Yarra Train station is where you'll find it. Staff members are exceptionally kind and helpful. We decided to go with the Bond room, and thanks to our incredible abilities, some educated assumptions, and, uh, some direction from "HQ at MI5", we were able to defuse the nuclear bomb and escape the room. The area had a lot of character, and the puzzles inside were really ingenious. Animated components and very convincing sound effects. Our group consisted of four people, two of whom were fresh to the idea altogether. Everyone had a great time!
It is without a doubt in my mind that everyone should go to this location.
We are still happy many days later despite the fact that we overspent.
The Game Master (or Game Masters) deserve a lot of credit for their infectious enthusiasm and the obvious pleasure they take in their work.
Fantastic
The majority of our party had their first encounter with an escape room today (two families of 4). We chose to stay in one of the newest rooms available, which was called the Matrix Room. The hour went by in a flash, and in order to get out of there, we needed to collaborate as a group. It was just fantastic. Would go back without a doubt and try out a different room. The staff is exceptional and extremely helpful.
We absolutely adored our very first adventure.
On his birthday, I decided to throw a surprise party for him and take him to the Bond room. This was our first time participating in an escape room, and despite the fact that we weren't very good, we had a great time doing it. We were clueless about what to anticipate or how to proceed. Although it took us some time to figure out what was going on, it ended up being a very enjoyable experience. The staff guy was wonderful and courteous, and his hints were given in a really cryptic manner. Now that we have experienced it once, we are going to return with our younger child who is seven. Absolutely adored it.
Great fun. Will be returning to this place.
Even though I am still relatively new to the escape room genre, it was very evident to me that this was a good one. Both of the chambers that we were able to finish had beautiful atmospheres, and the puzzles that were in them were difficult. Both of the rooms were completed by us with only a few minutes of extra time (a few hints certainly helped). The employees are helpful and performed an excellent job acting out different roles while providing clues and other information. I came in here with my son who is 10 years old with the intention of doing one room, but now we are seeking to schedule our third room and bring my daughter who is 8 years old.
Escape Room Melbourne (ERM)
Address: 9 Lee St | 12-18 Yarra Street, South Melbourne, Melbourne, Victoria 3031, Australia
Website: http://www.escaperoom.com.au/
Located in the greater Melbourne area, Escape Room Melbourne is the first and only live room escape game of its kind! It will take your group of two to six people a total of seventy minutes to figure out how to get out of a room that has a mystery around it if everyone in the group works together. In order to accomplish this goal, you will have to decipher a wide variety of interesting and original puzzles. There are a total of three rooms that may be played in at this point at Kellar's Magic Emporium. These include My Escape, which is known as the first Escape Room in Melbourne, and Kellar's Magic Emporium. We are unable to disclose a significant amount of information at this time; however, if you are interested in getting an idea of what you can look forwards to, we recommend that you read the reviews and articles that have been published in publications such as Broadsheet, Timeout, The Age, and others, as well as the features that have been broadcast on SBS, Channel 10, ABC radio, and Fox FM on our website. These will give you an idea of what you can anticipate. (caution is advised, as the next article may reveal certain secrets!) There is a requirement for you to make bookings in advance, and you can do so on our website. Please be aware that we are a small, locally owned and operated company that is not connected in any way with any of the Escape Room franchises that are currently active in the city of Melbourne. In spite of this, we are glad to make every effort to attempt to accommodate corporate reservations and larger groups whenever we are able to do so, and we will do so whenever possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us through email if you have any questions regarding the rooms themselves, the process of booking the rooms, or the availability of the rooms.
Awesome
We have finished exploring the new Fractured room, but we won't give away any secrets to anyone who will explore it after us. Suffice it to say that it was incredibly intriguing and done in a way that was distinct from other experiences that we had previously had. The way it was done also made it different from other things that we had encountered. A plot that is not only unique but also engaging, in addition to puzzles that are not only cleverly devised but also pertinent to the narrative. Our game masters were Max and Lenny, and they did an excellent job running the game. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, which elevated our overall impression of the place to a 10/10.
Incredible
We had a wonderful day at Kellar's Magic Emporium, so we decided to go there. The area did not present a particularly difficult challenge, but it did have a number of clever and original puzzles for you to solve. Finding the solution to one of the more challenging problems and having that "aha!" moment was a very satisfying experience. Fantastic employees who, when necessary, were able to provide incredibly helpful pointers and who, although not directly answering our queries, were able to prod us in the right direction.
Unqualified endorsement!
The mining competition was a lot of fun, and I participated in it with a few of my close friends. The rooms were exquisitely crafted, and there was a respectable variety of puzzles to chose from throughout the experience. We finished the work in a good period of time and did not need any hints in order to do so. The costumes, sets, and props were all fantastic additions. After having such a good time here, the only thing that could make me want to come back for another experience is if it were possible.
Excellent rooms!
Both of the rooms that are located in the south location were quite enjoyable for me to spend time in.
The riddles are the outcome of very careful consideration, and the crew should be commended for the amazing work that they have done, which led to the creation of the riddles.
We are quite grateful to have been invited, and we can't wait to check out the rest of the rooms that your establishment has to offer!
(This is a very rare occurrence, but I have actually been in this room before when I was playing! The puzzles were exactly the same regardless of whether they were produced by the same manufacturer or were sold elsewhere and replicated under a different brand name. Perhaps a caveat should be read prior to making a reservation. It was enjoyable to play through it once more and see how the designers had interpreted the same environment in a different way; nonetheless, it did not live up to my expectations in any way. Despite the fact that it was only a small issue.
Viri VR

Phone: +61 3 9080 5745
Website: http://www.virivr.com.au/
About: VIRI is an abbreviation for "Virtual Reality Immersion," and what we offer is a way for you to live out your imagination through the medium of a virtual experience that is so engrossing that it is only surpassed by the experience of the actual thing. The Melbourne Central Business District is home to the virtual reality entertainment hub known as Viri. Open 10am - 10pm Tuesday - Sunday. There are many other types of games, such as zombie shooters, vehicle racing, archery, and walk the plank among others.
Contest Involving Teams
I wanted to create some team bonding and have some fun at the same time, so I booked VIRI for a leadership event. The fact that we were all able to kick back, relax, and enjoy ourselves was one of the highlights of the trip, and the games were awesome.
In addition to that, the price was really reasonable, and it offered an exceptional deal for the money. The personnel was quite nice and helpful, and they gave us free rein for the entire establishment. I would strongly recommend this place for team gatherings or parties.
Fun for the whole family!
What a wonderful thing to do with the kids! The games were fantastic, and the location was spotless and well-kept. The hosts were amazing, and they even went out of their way to ensure that all of the activities were available to us to try. Strongly suggest trying it out.
Excellent for doing something a little bit different with the children.
The half-hour virtual reality experience was fantastic for all three of us, including my teenage niece and nephew, who I took along with me. The staff members were quite lucid and patient in their explanations, and the arrangement is carried out in an effective manner. If we'd had more time, we definitely would have stayed longer, but since we didn't, I've had to make a commitment to them both to return to that location.
Outstandingly Well Carried Out
Staff that is both polite and extremely helpful. They were even successful in describing the controls to my father. Because of how impressed we were, we stayed for an additional hour.
The Astor Theatre
Address: 1 Chapel St, St Kilda VIC 3182, Australia
Website: http://www.astortheatre.net.au/
About: The Astor is one of the few remaining single-screen cinema palaces in the world. It has been continually screening movies ever since it was built in 1936, and it will take you back to an era when going to the movies was considered an event.
The beautiful, heritage cinema experience
It is not the sensation of going to a modern movie theatre; rather, it is much superior. The theatre possesses personality and panache that are incomparable to those of standard movie theatres. The interior is exquisitely decorated, and despite the fact that the seats are old, they have been renovated such that they are comfortable. Enjoy your movie with a nice glass of wine that you just ordered.
Totally Remodeled, and it Looks Amazing!
I just wanted to let everyone know that the Astor has recently undergone some upgrades, and it looks fantastic! Having said that, it has not been restored to its former glory, thus certain aspects have remained the same. For instance, it has retained its original chairs, which date back to a time when individuals were often shorter and more compact.
Do not misunderstand; nonetheless, if I were to see a movie, I would much rather do so at the Astor than at any other location. But you don't go there for the comfortable chairs or the best selection of munchies (although the drinks are amazing!), you go there for the overall experience.
Stunningness that is Art Deco
If only The Astor Theatre was in my neighbourhood, but travelling there is definitely time and money well spent. I find that every time I visit, the faded opulent Art Deco grandeur, the friendly welcome, and the communal atmosphere make me fall in love with the place all over again. Because of Demand Films, The Astor turned out to be the ideal location for the filming of The Bikes of Wrath. Waiting in line for Maltesers has never been so entertaining. If you are particular about where you sit, you should get to the theatre early and get seats at the front and centre downstairs or in the dress circle. It is important to keep in mind that you will need to find parking, but if you get there early, you will have the chance to stroll along the always interesting Chapel Street.
The Hollywood Movie Industry
Come to the Astor if you're looking for a spot to get away from the glare of modern life. You will be whisked away to a time when life was less complicated while still retaining some of its glamorous old-school allure by this gorgeous relic of the past. There will be popcorn served.

A Wonderful Time in the A-League
As part of our anniversary vacation to Melbourne, we have made the decision to see if we can get tickets to one of the A-League matches. The match between Melbourne City and Central Coast Mariners was one that we went to see.
I truly appreciate how beautiful the outside of the stadium is. It features flashing lights spread out across the entirety of the stadium. My mind was put at ease by the natural setting that prevailed there. I could just chill out and relax in the neighbourhood if I wanted to.
People who are friendly and officials are nearby. The atmosphere was wonderful. We had a wonderful time together. We are grateful to the A-League.
Incredible venue for sporting events
I attended in order to see the Melbourne rebels play their rugby match on Friday. Despite the fact that the game was a loss, I thought it was played in an incredible venue. What a fantastic location for the event! Absolutely everything about it was outstanding in some way. The staff is also very friendly.
The Rugby Dinner
We are avid fans of the Melbourne Storm Rugby League team and make a point to purchase some food at each game. Next to the Storm shop is a bar and restaurant that serves exceptionally delicious food that is on par with or even exceeds the quality of the food sold within the Storm shop. Pizza, fish and chips, and other such foods Large displays displayed most sports and provided a great atmosphere before the game. Even if you aren't a fan of rugby, going to experience the spectacle that surrounds each match is still a lot of fun. There are usually fireworks and other activities for children.
Phil Collins in concert, as seen in person
Have attended a couple of NRL matches at AAMI Park, but I've never been there for a performance. What an incredible setting for such a wonderful performance. Superb acoustics and lighting, in addition to outstanding facilities. I would not think twice about coming back to catch another event in this venue.

About: Woodbury Escape Rooms was founded by avid video gamers and people who have a passion for escape rooms. These people have carried their love of gaming to an unhealthy level. At Woodbury Escape Rooms, our goal is to provide you, our "guinea pigs," um, guests, the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, immerse yourself in our games, and most importantly, have a good time! Because working together is so important, be selective when choosing your team. Then select your obstacle, and for the next sixty minutes, you will be completely immersed in enthralling amusement. Caution is advised, however, as it is quite addicting; once you've mastered one problem, you'll want to move on to the rest of them.
Fantastic amusement
Great rooms. The employees are a lot of fun and incredibly friendly. We completed a room that was fairly challenging. (Many thanks for the few extra minutes, all of you!!) It was a lot of fun to do. I am very excited about the prospect of returning back and completing the Leaper chamber.
Excellent first-time experience in an escape room
The weather completely derailed our plans, so we made the executive decision to participate in an escape room. It turned out to be a smart decision to ease us into the idea by starting on Kidd Island with a space that was easy to navigate and had a minimal terror level. After we had fled, the staff member was really polite to us as newcomers and talked to us about other possible solutions to the physical challenges so that we would have ideas for the next time we play. They were very friendly and kind to us. The experience was very fun for us, and we look forward to trying other escape rooms in the future.
A perplexing problem... yet a lot of exciting fun!
This was the first time any of us had participated in an Escape Room, and it was a lot of fun. Pyper took really good care of us and contributed to the overall pleasantness of the event. Due to the fact that we were only in Melbourne for a short time, we were unable to complete Leaper in its entirety; therefore, we will have to come back and give it another shot on our next trip to the South!! The Woodbury crew deserves our gratitude.
What a Wonderful Adventure!!
My companion and I came to the conclusion that it would be exciting to spend the evening trying to break out of a locked room. In spite of the fact that we hadn't made a reservation, the wonderful personnel at Woodbury managed to find room for us anyhow.
It was such a wonderful time! The crew will get right into the stories to assist you on your trip, dropping hints but avoiding giving away too much information too quickly.
I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible opportunity. I have no doubt that we will visit again very soon!!

First escape room experience!
We went to our first escape room together as a married couple. After we found some clues and figured out some problems, everything started to go more smoothly. Initially, it was a little difficult, but after that, everything went more smoothly. The next time I go somewhere dark, I'll bring my reading glasses with me. The situation was made considerably more difficult by the fact that we only had a little torch. In general, I had a wonderful time!!
Fun hour!
paid in full and booked through the internet for the specified time and day. Arrived at the hour that was allotted, and was led to the room. It was a lot of fun, it was an exciting adventure, and it required you to think more carefully than usual in order to solve all of the puzzles and riddles in order to reach your goals. We were given some additional time by our host to finish it, and it was very much appreciated. Would do it all over again The prices are the same as in other cities.
Required action to take.
What a fantastic way to pass a few hours of time! Incredible amusement. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially as it was our first time there. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.
I had a great time.
We were a group of eight people, so we did both of the rooms at the same time and had a great time doing it. Both of us were successful, and both of us were highly competitive, which the staff handled very effectively. A game of escape rooms with a focus on solving crimes. We had a wonderful time together.
Dialogue in the Dark

Website: http://www.dialogueinthedark.com.au/
About: "Dialogue in the Dark" is a multi-sensory adventure that takes place in Melbourne. You will be taken through this enjoyable and engrossing experience in the darkness by guides who are blind or have low eyesight, and you will learn to connect and communicate by depending on your other senses. Come and experience this internationally recognized tour right here in Melbourne while it is still in Australia.
An adventure that can be had by all.
I am in love with this entire experience. A must for everyone to experience, as well as a revealing look into the world of the shadows. Also comes highly recommended for use with children. The tour guide is kind, and they will ensure that you are both safe and comfortable. They will gladly answer any and all of your inquiries as well.
A Unique Experience
After realizing that we would spend the entirety of this tour in complete darkness, my girlfriend was first hesitant to participate. However, she overcame her anxiety, and the two of us decided to embark on a private tour rather than join another group at a later time. Both of our perspectives were significantly altered as a result of this encounter. It was also enjoyable to have a brief discussion with our tour guide at the conclusion of the journey. In addition, I feel obligated to emphasize the fact that my significant other completely enjoyed the experience; consequently, if you are terrified of the dark exactly like she is, you shouldn't let that stop you from going. I swear it won't be scary for you.
A unique experience
I have no idea what it was like to be blind because I have always had perfect vision. An individual who was blind led us about for a full hour while we were in complete darkness. Even after a week has passed, the event is still fresh in my mind, along with the hundreds of things that I take for granted on a daily basis just because I have sight. I would suggest that people of all ages, from eight to eighty, participate in this activity. Excuse the pun, but this really is something that opens one's eyes.
Excellent.
Catherine, our tour guide, went out of her way to make us feel at home. Took us on a tour while chatting to us and making sure we understood where she was so that we could follow her voice. I have no words to describe how amazing she was. Unquestionably the very finest. She deserves all the applause. I experienced a full range of feelings, including exhilaration, fear, and a sense of relaxation. I experienced it through all of my senses, including scent, hearing, and touch. It provided a glimpse into the experience of what it must be like to live in complete obscurity. Therefore, I would want to thank everyone on staff.

Excellent!
The quality of these room escape games is unrivalled in every respect. After participating in escape rooms in a number of various countries, we are confident in saying that this particular one is the best of them all. Absolutely incredible from the moment you walk in the door till the second you walk out the door. The cast is excellent, and as soon as you come through the door, they all immediately begin acting out their roles. The actual chamber, which we completed (it was the Tomb Raider one), was spectacular and full of difficult challenges; the fact that we were surrounded by sand only added to the thrill of the journey. We enthusiastically suggest it to each and every person!
A fun activity for the Whole Family
On Christmas morning, all of us got together with our families to unwrap this present. Had never given one of these a thought before, but I was pleasantly surprised by how interesting it was. Everyone was quite kind and helpful, and the mediaeval chambers and personnel were both great. Even though I didn't get much done because they went on to the next puzzle while I was still attempting to figure out the previous ones, I'm glad that we had teens to help us work through the problems. It's a good thing that we had them to help us work through the problems. Would very certainly give some serious consideration to returning to check out the other rooms in the hotel. It is very recommended.
Having a good time with my friends
The Ned Kelly room was a success!
Excellent preparation and follow-through all around! To say the least, entertaining! You've undoubtedly been given some food for thought by that! One of the most pleasant experiences we've had among the numerous different escape rooms Melbourne has to offer! The entire establishment is designed around a particular concept, and the people working here are really friendly. Well-run venue! Will definitely come back and finish decorating the other room when I get a chance.
A fantastic alternative to spending the afternoon working!!
Even though it was challenging, I had a great time completing it! Praise be to God, even at this late stage, all of us can still speak with one another! I would want to offer my sincere appreciation to the friendly and helpful staff members.

Great experience!
I'd want to begin by stating that I think Speedy is quite cool. Not only is she hilarious, but she is also really kind and generous. I went there for the very first time, and I simply adored it, so I will most certainly go there again. I only wish that it was in high definition.
Excellent host.
We were a large group of guys getting together to celebrate our weekend as "bucks." We had a good time, and the gamemaster, Regina, did a fantastic job of serving us and laying out the rules for us in a way that was easy to understand. The games had a high level of realism and immersion.
What a fantastic adventure!!
Over the weekend, I competed in a game at Dandenong, and I must say, I was blown away! My other buddies were just as impressed as I was! It was unlike anything I'd ever encountered before! The crew was wonderful, and on top of that, they were quite helpful, which contributed to a fun game.
To a whole new level of gaming!
Enjoyable and entertaining experience that takes gaming to an entirely new level. Renee, the game master, is an awesome person. She was incredibly passionate and helpful, and she gave out a wonderful energetic vibe. During the game, there was a lot of yelling and screaming, which made the experience even more enjoyable; yet, the GM ensured that we were all taken care of. Additionally, the gears are going to be improved very soon, so we will definitely be returning for that.

An honest evaluation of the Crown Casino.
On a certain afternoon, we decided to have a few drinks at the bar located downstairs.
The staff was quite welcoming, and they offered some excellent deals on drink specials for a variety of beers. These two things will most certainly entice us to come back in the relatively close future. Well done.
The Crown is the very best in Melbourne.
After a gap of three years, I will be attending crown.
This location is incredible, and the people who work here are out of this world. They are eager to be of assistance to you in every way they can and to ensure that your time spent at Crown is one to remember.
I went ahead and got a crown membership card.
On Sunday morning, there are fewer people around.
The most expansive casino ever built.
During our time in Melbourne, we paid a visit. Huge casino, and when I say huge, I mean it; it has at least two storeys. Incredible food could be found at the food court. We decided to get Asian cuisine, and the restaurant that we went to had tiny plates that had rice or noodles as well as two different kinds of meat or vegetables. We could have split a plate because it was so tasty and there was so much of it.
Clear and brilliant in appearance It was a lot of fun.
Alcohol
During the Easter weekend, we made our home in the middle of Melbourne. Clearly, there were additional costs associated with the food and beverages, which drove up the overall cost of the meal. After going to a number of different bars, my friends and I discovered that the prices of alcohol were absurdly high. If you are not a fan of craft brews like I am, then the crown casino is the ideal place to get a drink. When you enter for the first time, it is recommended that you sign up for the rewards club, which entitles you to significant price reductions. The entire weekend cost me $10.50 for a schooner of VB and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. In each of the bars and restaurants along the seafront, we paid $25 for the same thing. We resisted the desire to gamble by not doing so. There is no need to because the casino is enormous and there is a lot of live music and sports on screens to distract you from playing. If you want to have drinks but are on a tight budget, going to a casino is your best bet, even if you don't plan on gambling there. The food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable enough for those on a stringent budget.

Fun experience
"Turtle Odyssey" is the title of the movie that I took my daughter, who is 4 years old, to see today. The movie chronicled the life of a turtle from the time she was born until she became an adult and laid her own eggs. It started when she was just a baby. It ran for forty-five minutes, during which time it had my daughter's interest throughout, and it was pretty enjoyable to me. My daughter also found it interesting throughout the entirety of its duration. My daughter was pleased by the novelty of the glasses, and she couldn't stop attempting to pet the fish even though she couldn't see them. The only issue was that it was quite loud for her, and at times she became a little bit afraid or overwhelmed, but other than that, she was OK with it. The only issue was that it was quite loud for her.
Amazing
I went there to see Aquaman in 3D, and the whole thing was an amazing adventure. I highly recommend it. The seating and watching were both extremely easy and pleasant, and the viewing was also very comfortable. An great experience all around, in spite of the lengthy line that formed towards the end of the movie in order to gain entrance to the facilities, which was unfortunate. Despite the stifling heat outdoors, it was a welcome relief to drink something cool.
She chuckled as she pondered whether or not the picture took up the entirety of the screen.
My daughter has never been to an Imax theatre in any of our travels. It had a giant screen, comfy seating, and helpful staff, all of which contributed to her and my utter adoration of it. We were able to get our tickets and a parking spot the day before the event by purchasing them online. This allowed us to save time. Everything went off without a hitch, and I had a fantastic day as a result.
Excellent screen real estate and cozy seating
Before last week, my family and I had the opportunity to view Bohemian Rhapsody at the IMAX theatre located inside the Melbourne Museum. Due to the fact that we have only been there in the past to view documentaries, this was the very first time that we watched a movie that was not in 3D. Enjoying such a fantastic film in the theater's cosy confines made for a memorable experience. We were all set to sit in first class in the very last row thanks to our reservations. There is not the slightest doubt in our minds that this is the best location to view amazing movies.
LXM Escape Room
Address: 179 Park St, South Melbourne VIC 3205, Australia
Phone: +61 424 670 690
Website: http://www.lxmescape.com/
About: "Escape Rooms" are constructed with a theme and a predefined storyline in each room; they will test your wits and push your abilities to work successfully in a team atmosphere while you are under the strain of a time restriction to discover the plot and escape. Your mind will be challenged to think visually, mathematically, geographically, verbally, and practically by completing the puzzles and riddles that are contained within each of the rooms.
Wonderful space.
We've worked on a few different rooms in the past, and if we had to compare LXM to the others, we'd have to conclude that greatness is either very close at hand or has already been achieved. The welcoming staff was wonderful and helpful whenever it was required, and they supplied pointers that were skillfully written. There was nothing else that could have spoiled the experience.
The riddles were difficult and required you to think logically as well as occasionally abstractly in order to solve them. The one and only criticism I have to offer is that some of them didn't 'flow' as well as others, which caused some confusion that didn't need to be there.
Putting that to the side, this is how wonderful rooms are created. Really worth the effort.
First time visiting
A wonderful half-hour spent with good people. Both are exhilarating and frustrating at the same time. I now see that, as a first-timer, it is necessary to think creatively outside of the box; nonetheless, I do wish there was a little more time allotted to first-timers; however, I am aware that this would throw off the schedule. To ensure that we get it out of here alive this time, we are going to have to return to the same room. Absolutely adored it.
Wonderful time and the staff was wonderful.
Wonderful time and the staff was wonderful. Incredibly useful, providing nuggets of information when they were called for but never revealing the solution itself. We took our two children, ages 12 and 16, and although they each have their own areas of expertise, they were all able to contribute to the solution of the clues. After having believed we had 10 minutes left to go, we were able to escape with just one minute to spare.
It's a ton of fun.
We went to a party of four and had a wonderful time there. My first time there, I didn't have any expectations other than reading the reviews on travel advisor, but I already want to go back and try out another room. Fantastic staff, always helpful and enthusiastic. Get ready to schedule us for another time, people!
Adventure Rooms Melbourne

Website: https://adventurerooms.com.au/
In-person version of the classic "Escape the Room" game in Melbourne. A live escape the room experience that is both entertaining and engrossing, and it can accommodate groups of 2-14 participants. Your group is currently confined in a chamber that contains obscure and puzzling items. You have one hour to find a way out of this room using only these items as clues. What was previously so patently evident now does not appear to be the way it was. In order to succeed in Adventure Rooms, you need to think creatively. Just thirty per cent make it out...will you be one of them?!
THE MOST EXCITING AND ADVENTUROUS ROOMS IN MELBOURNE
My boyfriend and I have participated in over 15 different escape rooms, and we are constantly looking for new ones to try.
These rooms are by far the best ones that we have not yet discovered anywhere else.
The props are extremely appropriately themed and positioned.
The rooms are difficult, but the staff is standing by to assist you if you become stuck. However, they will only provide clues when absolutely necessary. They will not force you to go through the rooms, and they will only provide them to you if they determine that you require them.
The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. The puzzles were a lot of fun to work through and frequently provided that wonderful "aha" moment. 10 out of 10, would unquestionably recommend
I really wish there was more that we could do about it!!!
Great fun
We went there for a friend's birthday, and all five of us had a fantastic time in the mad scientist room. In fact, we were able to escape with 20 minutes to spare! The riddles were difficult and made you think on your feet, but the best part was laughing together and strengthening the bonds of friendship.
I enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere created by the game hosts, and I am looking forward to exploring the other two rooms. Absolutely adored it.
We escaped from the dungeon!!
My husband and I had tried out one of the escape rooms in Spain before, and we had a great time there. An additional couple who was travelling with us had never heard of them before, but they decided to visit the Adventure Rooms with us anyhow. We decided it would be pretty appropriate to do the gaol chamber after our visit to the Old Melbourne Gaol, so we went ahead and did that one. We were all able to get away with a little under two minutes left! It was really thrilling, we had a great time, and we're definitely interested in participating in the Cairns escape rooms as a group of four the next time we're there! I have the utmost confidence in recommending these Adventure Rooms to anyone and everyone!
The ultimate mental challenge, all while having a great time!
Since I first learned about Escape Rooms over a year ago from my physiotherapist, I've had the hankering to participate in one. It's been challenging because it's an adult activity, and I don't have any relatives or acquaintances in the area. It's not a place for young children; many adults have a hard time navigating these establishments, therefore the minimum age requirement is typically 18 years old, though in some of them it's just 16, and in others, it's 12 as long as you're accompanied by an adult. After earning a voucher as a reward in a competition, I was able to persuade my father to accompany us because there is a requirement for a minimum of two players.
The other options were the Mad Scientist Room and some other ones, but I decided to go with the Black Queen Room since I thought the sound of the medieval theme was more interesting. This was, without a doubt, one of those situations that would qualify as a mental workout for anyone. In this particular room, you will begin the experience tied to one another. You will need to collaborate with one another to figure out how to first locate the key that will unlock the shackles and then how to discover a method to exit the room. It is not a straightforward treasure hunt; rather, it requires a combination of careful observation, logical reasoning, and reading beyond what is immediately in front of you. However, there is a game master managing the control room who will provide you with hints whenever necessary in the event that you become stuck along the route.
We were able to accomplish approximately 75% of it within the allotted hour (there is a time constraint of 1 hour), which appears to have been successful given that this area was the most challenging of the three. My father and I both agreed that it was an excellent way to pass the time, and I particularly appreciated the opportunity to engage my senses in an activity that did not involve staring at a screen.
Palace Cinema Como

The way going to the movies ought to be.
At the Como, one has the feeling of actually going out for the day because of the dramatic ambience of the reception and ticket area, the abundance of flyers of future events, and the wonderful coffee and wine that are provided. There is always a good selection of high-quality films available to fascinate and transport you to another world for a few hours. Strongly suggested as an option. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the lively Chapel Street as well as a wide variety of restaurants.
Excellent venue for watching movies.
A trip to the movies is a treat in and of itself, with seats that are extremely comfortable, a stunning and rich artistic atmosphere, excellent films (both mainstream and international films of high quality), and delicious food that can be purchased inside the theatre. Excellent for use in unique film festivals.
Fantastic location for watching movies.
Booking a flight online is a breeze, and we avoid standing in line at the airport by displaying our electronic tickets on our mobile devices. The seats are spotless and really comfortable, and it is a wonderful touch that one can purchase a glass of wine to take inside with them. Palace Como is a supporter of film festivals, including the Scandinavian Film Festival, which we have attended there on multiple occasions. They typically have a wide variety of films available to choose from. The proximity of the South Yarra Train Station, which is only a few hundred meters away, not only reduces the need for parking but also makes getting there much simpler, given the high frequency of trains. The fact that an outstanding Japanese restaurant can be found only across the street provides for a really pleasurable evening or afternoon, all things considered.
A really enjoyable time spent in the theatre. Convivial and convenient.
You may reach there quickly by driving or taking the tram. The actual theatres are quite cozy despite their diminutive size.
Making reservations online is recommended if you want to sit at your preferred location.
The bar at Como offers a wonderful variety of alcoholic beverages, including beers, wines, and spirits. Additionally, snacks. There are places to eat inside the building itself, as well as on Toorak Road and Chapel Street, should you desire a complete dinner.
The Palace Cinema is able to accommodate a wide variety of group functions, including charity events.
Bird's Basement

Concerning: the location of Birdland that may be found in Melbourne is known as Bird's Basement. Birdland, which has been in operation for the past 32 years, is finally moving its headquarters out of New York City and opening a location in Melbourne for the very first time. The fact that the city of Melbourne is the custodian of Bird's legacy is a source of immense pride for the city. Ever since it first opened its doors, this facility has welcomed legendary figures from the music industry to perform on its stage. Although the music is the most significant part of this restaurant, the quality of the food and the service are pretty close behind it in importance. Ticket price varies.
Quaint cellar, an ideal setting for a jazz performance
We wanted to hear some jazz and blues, so we travelled to Bird's Basement in order to do so. Although there is a restriction on space, the sound quality is satisfactory. During our performance, Freddy Cole's son Lionel Cole, who is also the nephew of Nat King Cole, took his place on stage. Nat King Cole was Freddy Cole's uncle. It was a collection of songs that featured jazz as well as blues. Food is available, and there are two different bars to pick from, both of which have drink pricing that are within reasonable ranges. Lionel Cole is a showman who is known for performing his act while wearing a kilt when he is on stage. The entrance to Bird's Basement can be found down Singers Lane, which is reachable via La Trobe Street and is situated near to the intersection of William Street. La Trobe Street and William Street are both placed in close proximity to one another. Although the cost of the tickets is not exorbitantly high, it does seem to vary depending on who will be performing at the event.
Quality Place to Hear Music
Despite the fact that we were anticipating to hear jazz, we enjoyed the rock and blues concert far more than we had anticipated. We did not experience any problems with the table service, and we felt the venue was extremely charming and intimate. Very enjoyable, with a great deal of amusement to be had.
A venue in which those of us in our senior years can listen to music.
The performance of Jeff Duff covering David Bowie's hits was a lot of fun for all of us. The evening turned out to be very pleasant. An absolutely fantastic day spent celebrating the 60th birthday of my husband with his family. Everyone who went to the show was around our age, and everybody had a nice time while they were there. Took me back in time by a good number of years, despite the fact that the atmosphere did not have the smoky haze that I recall from back then; yet, it smelt significantly nicer without the smoke! I cannot wait until the next time I am able to visit this location.
A wonderful night
Went on a Sunday, and despite the fact that there were hardly any other attendees, the event was still a lot of fun to watch. The reservation was made at the eleventh hour since we waited until the very last minute to make it; nevertheless, knowing that it was likely to be a quiet evening, we might have saved money by just turning up. We got there forty-five minutes before the event was supposed to start, and as a result, we were able to get some really good seats. Excellent acoustics, as well as a talented performer. In terms of its quality, the dish was significantly better than what one could have anticipated it to be. On the other hand, it was a bit pricy for Melbourne, particularly when one considers the fact that one had already booked a ticket. They are most definitely striving to be like the Blue Note in New York City, which is a jazz club. The same vibe, and there's a good chance you'll wind up sitting on top of the person sitting next to you 😉 The evening was full of laughs and good times all around.
TRAPT Bar & Escape RoomsRush Escape Game
Address: 377 Lonsdale St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia
Phone: +61 3 9077 7941
Website: https://www.traptmelbourne.com.au/
TRAPT is the only facility of its sort in all of Australia that combines a bar and an escape room, and it can be found in the middle of the Central Business District in Melbourne. Your group has fifty minutes to find clues and figure out riddles in one of our TRAPT rooms in order to escape before the timer runs out. The TRAPT rooms at our hotel can accommodate groups of two to five, two to six, or six to ten guests respectively. Through the use of themed excursions, you will be taken to a world that existed only in your mind up until this point. The mental acuity of your team will be put to the test in the form of a series of puzzles, and you will have fifty minutes to figure out how to answer them. In order to be successful, you will need to rely on both your own intuitive abilities and the logical reasoning of others. Can you escape?
I adored it!
It ended up being a really fun night out on the town. It was exhilarating trying to figure out and guess the clues that were hidden in the rooms, and the themed cocktails added a nice touch to the experience. Despite the fact that navigating the chamber was difficult and we required some assistance, the experience was nevertheless fascinating. I've been there several times, and on two different instances, my group and I were able to make it all the way through the room!
Excellent Accommodations, Greeting Service
During our time there, TRAPT Bar and Escape Rooms were playing home to a group of six persons.
The crew is not only knowledgeable, but also funny and keeps everyone involved during each game. In addition, they are able to create cocktails and provide assistance with board games.
The lobby has a relaxing ambience, which makes it an enjoyable location to hang about, and when considered collectively, the layout of the hints and the puzzles in the room make perfect sense.
In addition to that, we participated in games such as Alchemy and Prohibition.
Only gamers with sufficient prior expertise should attempt Oz due to the dispersed nature of the clues throughout the area (each clue could be for any lock in the room and there is a lot.)
In spite of this, each and every piece of evidence is reasonable and coherent, which is a wonderful thing to say about the whole thing.
TRAPT is an experience that is essential to have on any trip to Melbourne and should not be skipped.
In addition, they are going to be opening a brand new room very soon, which is one of the reasons I will be returning there in the near future.
Awesome Escape Room! I adored it!
We had a great time at trapt and thought that all of the rooms there were amazing. We spent a lot of time there. The only reason we travelled to Melbourne was to participate in escape room games, and we kicked off our trip by making reservations at trapt for two of the games (Alchemy and Espionage). Wow! They were a lot of fun, interesting, and challenging all at the same time. In addition, after the event it would be a very intriguing concept to have cocktails that were inspired by the atmosphere of the room. After we had finished the first two, we made the decision to rent the third room, which was called Prohibition. After we had accomplished this, the excellent staff rewarded us with a discount because we had finished all three rooms in a single day. The staff at this organisation is comprised of some truly remarkable people. They were very attentive, which is the reason why the firm need to look up to them and emulate their behaviour. It was one of the rooms that we ended up doing before our vacation was up, and the theming in the Wizard of Oz room is simply crazy. It was also one of the rooms that we did. Having said that, you should be aware that novices are not welcome in this particular room. These conundrums are challenging, but in a good way. The activities of Prohibition and Alchemy are more ideal for beginners and smaller groups of people to participate in. It is really necessary for you to get to Trapt.
All of it was amazing to me.
TRAPT was an incredibly incredible adventure; the rooms were a lot of fun to travel through, with Oz being a personal favourite due to its fantastic theming and the difficulty it presented.
The venue had a wonderful vibe about it overall, and the people working there were outstanding.
In the end, we participated in all of the rooms, and we had a great time during the entire trip.
St Kilda Adventure Playground

After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided that my family and I ought to go check out this adventure playground. It is very clean, and there is a lot of equipment for both younger and older children. I truly enjoy going there. Both of my children, who are 3 and 5 years old, had a wonderful day, and now their parents can kick back and enjoy. The only catch is that you'll need to schedule your day carefully due to the fact that the store is only open from 3 to 5 on weekdays and 10 to 4 on weekends.
Amusement for the Youngsters
The weekend before last, my granddaughter, who is now 6 years old, had a great time spending 1 and a half hours at the Adventure Playground. There are many exciting things to climb on, swing off of, and bounce on!! There were quite a few families present, and the adults engaged in conversation as their children played. A wonderfully pleasant air all around. I can't say enough good things about this free playground if you are going to be in Melbourne for a few days and are looking for something fun to do with the kids while you're there.
Fantastic outdoor play area
There are plenty of activities for children aged 1 to 13. We had a lot of fun in the practically secret place that we discovered, which had a flying fox and a timed trampoline. It was a wonderful way for the family to spend the afternoon.
Wonderful outdoor play area
One of the most well-liked activities around here is jumping on the trampoline. When we arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon, my child had to wait in line to be called "GO" and receive a turn to bounce on the trampoline. There are many other attractions, all of which are quite intriguing. Please be aware that the establishment closes at 4:30 in the afternoon. The weekend tends to be busy, so you should allow extra time to secure a parking spot.
Moonlight Cinema
Address: Birdwood Avenue | Central Lawn, Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne, Victoria 3141, Australia
Website: https://www.moonlight.com.au/
Moonlight Cinema is both the most well-known and the largest outdoor movie theatre in all of Australia. The Moonlight Cinema first opened its doors in the year 1987. During the course of the summer, several of Australia's most well-known inner-city green spaces will play host to outdoor screenings of advance screenings, summer blockbuster films, and cult classic films, all of which will take place beneath the stars. Visit the website of the Moonlight Cinema to obtain additional information regarding the session times and films that will be screening there.
There is nothing quite like seeing a movie outside under the warm summer sky, and Moonlight does an excellent job of providing outdoor theatre. Everyone in the crowd, especially those in the very back, will have a good view of the show because the stage is placed at the bottom of the slope. Nevertheless, the price is really steep. Admission to outdoor movies is never charged for in Georgia, where I was born and raised; the only thing that patrons are expected to pay for is a premium package.
More along the lines of Thousands of Stars.
I have to say that what happened the night before was a truly remarkable experience, and it is one that I very much look forwards to having again. A night out that won't put a strain on your finances and is sure to be enjoyable at the same time. The fact that we were in charge of carrying everything with us was a huge weight off our shoulders. Be sure to bring a picnic blanket with you that is waterproof, as the grass became wet in the evening and the cover worked wonderfully as a protection for us. The grass became wet in the evening. Bring blankets along with you just in case it gets chilly while you're there because there is a possibility of that happening. I would advise you to avoid the bean bags since they seemed crusty and it was obvious that they had not been washed in a very long time. If I were you, I would stay away from the bean bags. This was a frightening sight for a number of reasons, not the least of which being the fact that we saw them being thrown immediately onto the ground after being unloaded from the truck, and then being dragged around the ground thereafter. As there is a queue that forms about a half an hour before the gates are opened, it is highly recommended that you get there as early as possible in order to obtain a fantastic location.
Beautiful Night
We had a great experience spending the evening in the "Gold Grass" section, which had bean beds that came with waiter service included in the package. We were given this as a gift, and both of us had a wonderful time at the location; if we were to go there again, I would bring my teenage sons with me. The surrounding environment is quite calming and relaxing to the senses. Because of the "total fire prohibition," they only had a limited menu, and it did not include anything that could be fried. That completed the exercise. We simply overcompensated for the situation by stuffing ourselves with pizza and nachos. If bringing your own food and drink is more convenient for you, then feel free to do so. In spite of the fact that it was a very warm day, we made it a point to have a blanket with us at all times just in case we required one. The evening was made complete by the presence of a pleasant breeze, some delectable cuisine, and a movie to watch. Wonderful members of the workforce The most hygienic bean bags for sleeping on. Option that is strongly urged to be considered.
Gold grass fun
A short while ago, my family and I went to the Moonlight Cinema for the first first time, and it turned out to be an event that will stick with all of us for a long time. We had a lovely experience, and the location of the movie is in an extraordinarily beautiful part of the country. You are allowed to bring your own food and drinks, which is a huge benefit of this arrangement. This is also an advantage. Because there was a total ban on fires, there were very few options for us to choose from when it came to dinner that evening. This was the only drawback that we encountered. If there is any opportunity for improvement in the theatre, I think it should be in the part that is dedicated to selling food and beverages. If there is any room for improvement in the theatre, it should be in this area. There is a possibility that the food sold by the mobile vendors comes in a broader variety and is of a higher quality.
Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre
Address: 30 Aughtie Dr, Melbourne VIC 3206, Australia
Website: http://www.msac.com.au/
I really wish we'd visited this place earlier.
We made the decision to swim in an outdoor pool because the weather in Melbourne over the Easter break has been so pleasant. I did some research online, and one of the places that were suggested was the aquatic centre. It was well worth the time it took to make it through the traffic despite the fact that trains are not running at the moment.
We arrived at 6 o'clock and tried out the wave pool, the indoor pool with 25 meters, and the outdoor pool with 50 meters. We were blown away by what we saw. The price of admission was significantly reduced for families. At one time, there was no one else in the wave pool save the two of us. Even though there were more people swimming in the lanes, nothing went wrong. The pools were spotless. Both the locker rooms and the showers were spotless. Lockers can be rented with a credit card, and the rental process is straightforward. The staff was not only very nice but also quite helpful.
Can't believe we've not been before. When we make our next journey to Melbourne, you can count on us to visit again.
After the first hour, parking will cost you $5.20 AUD each hour. Parking is free for the first hour.
Great day for kids
It featured an outdoor pool, a large pool, a dive pool, a wave pool, and a fine cafe, and the personnel was friendly. It was a little bit slippery underfoot, so I had to tread very carefully in certain areas of it. Residents of South Melbourne and Albert Park have a lot to be grateful for thanks to this amenity.
Table tennis rentals make for a fun afternoon.
Would definitely recommend it!
We obtained a great deal on the rental, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable afternoon activity for our family while they were in town from East Gippsland.
Table rental is $8 for thirty minutes and $16 for an hour.
Free balls and approximately $4.20 per hour for the boat rental
Parking is free for the first hour, and then costs $5.20 per hour after that.
Suggestions: We could use new bats because the rubber on some of the bats was starting to peel back, but not all of them. To be fair, the customer support staff did not insist that we pay for the two bat rentals even though the rubber on one of the bats was coming off.
As it gets warmer in there, air conditioning or fans could have been turned on in the space.
Took Granddaughter Swimming
When I was in Melbourne to see my family, I took my granddaughter, who is 2 years old, to this location for her swimming lessons.
It is a spectacular facility that is full of 50-meter laned pools, training pools, water polo pools, and recreation pools in addition to a water slide. Everything else I have ever seen pales in comparison to this place.
Each and every area is watched after by both instructors and lifeguards.
There is also a bistro on the premises.
A truly wonderful location, and if you are in the neighbourhood, it is imperative that you take advantage of it. take your swimming gear.
