About

Beautiful and historically significant, Batman's Hill on Collins is well situated in the centre of the Melbourne Central Business District, close to Southern Cross Station and the city terminal of the Skybus Airport Shuttle. All of Melbourne's most popular destinations, such as the Melbourne exhibition and convention centre, Etihad stadium, crown entertainment complex, and the art centre, can be reached on foot in a short amount of time from our luxurious hotel. The hotel features 190 suites and apartments, some of which have full kitchens. There is also a public bar, an entertainment area, a cocktail lounge, and a multipurpose conference centre with 10 event rooms. Your time spent at Batman's Hill will be memorable due to its rich history as the first location of the State Bank of Melbourne, its designation as a heritage property, and the outstanding service it provides.

Excellent value

Throughout our stay, we were impressed by the hotel's efficiency and friendliness at every turn. Fantastic breakfast and bar. Service through the whole hotel was amazing - including the amenities for the conference I was attending, Overall, may be the best value hotel I have spent in Australia.

Superb Place to Stay in a Fantastic Area

Due to the late hour of my arrival, I had to take a cab from the airport to the hotel; nonetheless, the hotel is conveniently located directly in front of the stop for the airport shuttle. You won't have any trouble finding it, and the employees will be friendly and helpful when they check you in. The room was immaculately clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the facilities, including a hair dryer and toiletries, were outstanding. One of the quietest hotel rooms I have ever slept in; I'm not sure if that is due to the room's effective soundproofing or if we just got lucky and didn't have any noisy neighbours. The location is perfect for exploring on foot or by using the excellent tram system to go sight-seeing outside. Wonderful places to eat may be found everywhere. A cosy bar with welcoming bartenders and a surprise hot snack plate hidden behind the bar for patrons to discover during happy hour. We stayed here for three nights and had a great time every single one of those evenings. They provided us with a free late checkout at noon, but the fact that we could continue to use the safe and leave our belongings there afforded us nearly an additional 24 hours to explore the area. Yes, I suggest it.

Excellent location and helpful staff.

Great location across from Southern Cross St, accommodating and pleasant staff, clean and comfy accommodations. This is a fantastic spot to stay while visiting Melbourne. Very accommodating to families with children; the flats are just what you need for your growing family.

Tourist

A wonderful hotel that exudes calm and serenity throughout.
A stunning dining room that offers a variety of mouthwatering dishes to choose from

There is a focus on the individual that is unparalleled.

It should be free for everyone to use the public wifi that's provided.

To put it another way, breakfast is considered to be the most important meal of the day.

Has respectable facilities and a clean environment

The Hotel Windsor

Hotels in Melbourne

Address111 Spring St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia

Phone+61 3 9633 6000

About

Throughout all of Australia, the Hotel Windsor stands out as the most well-known and beloved luxury establishment. Its Victorian-era construction in 1883 predated other famous hotels like the Savoy, Waldorf-Astoria, Ritz Paris, and The Plaza, yet its timeless elegance, refinement, and charm have endured until the present day. The hotel is situated in the heart of Melbourne's hottest and trendiest neighbourhood. Location-wise, it is ideal for accessing the commercial, financial, and fashion hubs of Melbourne. You can stroll to many of the city's top theatres, sights, and sporting events. The distance from Melbourne's domestic and international airports to the hotel is 20 kilometres (or around 20 minutes by car). The hotel is conveniently placed near the Parliament train station and several trams stops, including one on the City Circle line.

In a word, this hotel is fantastic.

What a fantastic idea. Unfortunately, the bathroom mould problem was addressed within just two days. In every other respect, it was excellent. This is the best hotel in Melbourne. Calm, soothing, restful, and classy. In many respects, this is a superb lodging option.

The best location and service at a historic hotel with a rich past.

This was our fourth visit to this wonderful hotel, and it did not disappoint. We have never had an issue with the service here; everyone has been really helpful and polite. The shower water temperature was difficult to control, and the room itself was immaculately clean. Given the structure's age, this is a relatively small issue. Since we travel somewhat frequently, we would appreciate the occasional upgrade, but we are satisfied with our accommodations regardless of quality.

Journey of a Lifetime

Staying at this landmark hotel was something we had long wanted to do and we were not let down.
High tea was the centrepiece of the event.
I could wax poetic about the excellent service, helpful staff, clean and roomy accommodations, and restful sleep. The only real complaint we had was the occasional noise from the bars across the street, but with the drapes drawn, this was never an issue.
When considering a return visit, we would definitely choose this hotel. Definitely.

Superb establishment!

Will stay here again and again! Everything about my stay was excellent, from the helpful and kind staff to the convenient location. You have a natural talent for pampering others. We appreciate your efforts in making our stay comfortable and pleasant.

A+ Service and a fantastic location.

They were really accommodating upon check-in and rearranged their schedule to get me in for an extra night. It's a good idea to park your car on the premises. Very convenient to where we needed to be. We loved our stay and want to return on our next trip to Melbourne for either business or pleasure.

Excellent place to spend a long weekend

All of the employees I encountered (at the front desk, in the restaurant/bar, and in housekeeping) were friendly and accommodating. The room was peaceful despite its proximity to QV markets and the tram line that runs along Queen St. and City Circle. A free breakfast buffet and extended check-out times are two nice perks.

Vacation in Melbourne

Excellent apartment hotel in the heart of Melbourne's vibrant CBD. Most notably, the hotel's proximity to the inner circle's free tram made it easy to get around the city. Lavish Buffet breakfast and great amenities. The staff was very hospitable. The market is right behind the hotel and so is…

Crown Metropol Melbourne

Hotels in Melbourne

Address8 Whiteman St, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia

About

Crown Metropol Hotel in Melbourne is where you may find the pinnacle of modern luxury. All of the thoughtful additions that are made during each stay will delight your senses and leave you with fond memories. As soon as you enter the hotel's distinctively designed lobby, you will feel a sense of tranquillity and serenity that will make your stay at Crown Metropol a much-needed break from your busy life.

Superb setting; high-end hotel is just next to the casino and convenient to all the action.

The airport shuttle bus, Sky Bus, stops right outside the hotel. It's in a great spot, close to a ton of restaurants, activities, and stores, and there's even a free tram that loops around the city. The accommodation has a clean, well-maintained bathroom, a well-padded bed, and a kettle stocked with a variety of teas, hot chocolate, and coffee. Take advantage of the infinity pool perched on the roof by packing your swimsuit. The fitness centre is top-notch, the internet connection is lightning quick, and there is an excellent food court on the complex's bottom level. Overall, I had a great time here.

Spending the Weekend in the City

I requested a high floor, and we were given 23rd, which is where we stayed, and it has fantastic views. The room was large and tidy, and the beds were soft and supportive. We had to phone and request more toiletries, but they arrived quickly after we placed the order. The rest of the facilities were adequate. An abundance of domestic and foreign television channels are available. Excellent accessibility and positioning within the Crown complex. On the 27th floor, in addition to the gym and spas, there is a swimming pool with breathtaking views. Mr Hive's restricted complimentary breakfast buffet, with simply plunging coffee available rather than cappuccino or latte, was a letdown. A typical breakfast buffet at a hotel of this calibre would include a greater variety of foods and freshly brewed coffee. The first impression is a positive one.

Vacation with the Kids

We stayed for three nights at the hotel with two children, ages 4 and 5, and had a birthday party on the first night. The children had a great time using the $50 voucher we were given to use at King Pings on Sunday.

Staying here was a breeze.

There was enough to do at Crown Metropol, where we stayed for a single night: movies, dinner, shopping, gambling, and more. Each room was tastefully decorated, and the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The fantastic city views from Level 28 were an added bonus to Mr Hive's wonderful buffet breakfast.

Buffet Dinner

The price tag is a bit steep, but the excellent menu and top-notch service make up for it. It happened to be crawfish night when we went. Half a crayfish grilled with garlic butter on the spot. There was no restriction; at a table not far from us, two men devoured at least six halves each.

Wow, what a treat!

I recently ordered a package after receiving a gift certificate from a friend for a milestone birthday. My husband and I were blown away by just how wonderful this hotel is. Absolutely everything about our stay, from the service to the accommodation to the food to the employees, was first-rate. I found nothing wrong with it and am happy to suggest it.

The hotel is quite high-end.

I propose staying in an executive suite for that special event, you will feel like royalty. The service was impeccable, and the meal and drink were both of high quality. The breakfast choices were fantastic. I enjoy that the pool and spa area are seldom too busy.

Luxury at Southbank

Everything about a stay at The Langham is perfect. Every room is large and has a luxurious marble bathroom (and we had chosen a room with a lovely view of the city skyline and the Yarra). Melba Restaurant provided a delicious breakfast, lightning-fast free Wi-Fi, and quick and easy valet parking. The staff are very polite, helpful and always professional. The luxurious Langham is where you want to be.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in each of the 396 rooms and suites of the Pan Pacific Melbourne will provide guests with breathtaking views of the Yarra River, Port Phillip Bay, and the city. Guests can select between an all-day dining restaurant and bar serving foreign cuisine and a nightcap, and a more casual cafe with light fare and coffee. Rejuvenate yourself with a visit to our 24-hour workout centre, one of our spa treatment rooms, or any of our other wellness amenities. Pan Pacific Melbourne is conveniently located near the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre and offers over 400 square meters of flexible meeting space, making it an excellent choice for business and leisure travellers alike.

Get a Room in a Melbourne Hotel

My husband and I just returned from our fourth trip to Melbourne in seven months, and I can safely state that we have found our permanent lodgings there.

There are plenty of dining options, jogging paths, and retail centres within a short distance of the hotel's prime location (it took us less than 20 minutes to drive back to the airport after an early morning flight). Incredible service from all of the employees! Jen, Sonal, Purnika, Raj, and Andrea, who worked at the restaurant and breakfast, were extremely helpful and pleasant. Cameron and Sara, who worked the lounge, were also very nice. We really like that we can choose between the main restaurant on the ground floor and the lounge for breakfast. Vegan and gluten-free dishes were available, as were other healthful alternatives.

I wish I could remember the names of our fantastic housekeepers. To accommodate our group of three, we took up residence in Rooms 1610 and 1612. Those vistas were out of this world.

We paid only roughly $25 per day to park at the DFO garage (the front desk or concierge can give you a discount card). The Pan Pacific Highway can be accessed quickly and easily from here.

We want to return to this wonderful hotel.

The hotel perfectly captures the spirit of leisure thanks to its prime location

Upon entering my 17th-floor Premier King City Skyline Room, I was immediately struck by the expansive views of the Yarra River and the surrounding Melbourne skyline afforded by the room's floor-to-ceiling windows. The huge workstation in front of the windows offered a pleasant view while working.

I like the convenience of having a bank of USB outlets conveniently located by the bed. If you need to share a room with a coworker on business, the reading lights that are discreetly built into the headboard will come in handy.

I appreciated how, despite being in the middle of everything, my room provided a peaceful haven from the outside world.

Since the club was accessible from my hotel, I stopped inside on a particularly hot day to enjoy a frosty beverage. As such, I did not step outside to the outside patio although I'd suppose it would be a desirable area during the cooler months of the year. Canapés and drinks are on the house in the evenings at this plush lounge.

The Dock 37 Bar & Kitchen serves contemporary Australian cuisine, and the Cafe Orr serves light fare around the clock.

Business travellers like myself may unwind with some retail therapy after a long day thanks to the hotel's proximity to the DFO South Wharf, an outlet mall located less than a minute away and featuring 170 Australian and international brands providing discounts of up to 70%.

The personnel was outstanding, and they really went out of their way to accommodate me. You can count on my return.

STAY AT PAN PACIFIC SOUTH WHARF

A stay of the highest quality. Rooms were excellent, clean, and had all amenities.
Very convenient location. Conveniently located near the river's edge businesses and eateries.
Everyone I dealt with was helpful and nice.
Well worth a visit to the Cafe.

Honeymoon stay

We spent the first two nights of our honeymoon here. Stunning hotel design. It was pricey, but it met all of our needs, and since this was our honeymoon, we figured, "What the heck." It was a nice touch that the hotel delivered champagne and chocolates to our room for free on our first night there. The front desk employees could not have been nicer or more helpful, or more truly happy for the pair of us.
There was a wide variety of options at the breakfast buffet, and everything tasted fresh.
Conveniently placed in the middle of the city.

InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto

About

Both Conde Nast Traveler and Wallpaper* have named InterContinental Melbourne as one of the greatest new hotels in the world. The Rialto Bridge, which connects two sides of Venice, is a remarkable illustration of the city's blend of ancient and modern architecture. Convention Center & Hotel InterContinental Melbourne One of the few remaining specimens of Victorian Gothic architecture from the 19th century, The Rialto has been restored and modernized into a luxurious and opulent hotel. Its Collins Street position in the heart of the CBD puts guests in the centre of all the laneways, sights, and experiences that make Melbourne so appealing to visitors from across the world. The hotel's Gothic exterior conceals a modern and cozy interior, which is home to several restaurants and bars (including the Alluvial Restaurant and Guy Grossi's new and highly anticipated Merchant). Melbourne's InterContinental Hotel, In addition, the Rialto has partnered with chef Shannon Bennett to offer valet parking for his new restaurant Vue de monde, located on the 55th level of the adjacent Rialto building. The Intercontinental Melbourne With over 250 rooms spread across two towering wings and a spectacular assortment of suites, as well as the exclusive Club InterContinental lounge and facilities for premium guests, the Rialto's warmth and superb service belies its scale. The hotel's rooftop features its own market garden and beehives used in the restaurant, as well as a swimming pool designed in the Scandinavian style and a fitness centre enclosed in glass that looks out over the city of Melbourne. The sumptuous East Day Spa is also at your disposal, with its candlelight and east-meets-west treatments and therapies. They can make use of the concierges' enthusiasm and insider knowledge about the city even before their arrival. James Ridenour, the chief concierge, and his staff are your best bet for discovering the real Melbourne and everything it has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay; the service, setting, and accommodations were all excellent.

In attendance for the duration of the conference (three days). The personnel had no issues with anything. The concierge did an excellent job of helping us purchase Myki cards and find a delicious restaurant for lunch. Both lunch and dinner during the conference were delicious. Expensive, but worth every penny.

Superior quality is guaranteed at all times.

This hotel has become a second home for me, and for good cause. The restaurant manager usually remembers me, and the other staff members are always friendly and helpful. And on most days, I have back-to-back client meetings in the hotel restaurant, where the staff is always happy to accommodate me. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a good time, and I greatly appreciate the enhancements I frequently receive. We owe a tremendous amount of gratitude to the group.

Stay Was Great

During our time in Australia, my wife and I stayed here twice. The ancient Rialto building looks great as a hotel. The hotel rooms were beautiful and well-appointed. Overall, we felt the staff was helpful and friendly, but notably the front desk personnel. Great time at the pub. Two criticisms: the price of the breakfast buffet seemed high to us. The second time we stayed there, we specifically requested a room near the elevator and were given one that was further away. The leaking toilet in the room we were given was another major annoyance. Attended to it "right away" after reporting it in the early afternoon. Come back in the evening to discover it is still not fixed. Met with the night manager, who seemed less concerned with actually fixing the issue than with tracking down the person I had reported it to. Ultimately, it meant that we had to switch rooms really late at night.

Conveniently located

Unfortunately, I had a tumble on Lygon Street and had to return to the Rialto where my stay had begun. My husband inquired at the front desk for bandages for my wounds. Because of the First Aid attendant, dispatched to my room, I plan to return to the hotel and avoid the city entirely the next time I need medical attention.

Great location

I discovered that this hotel had a fantastic location, within walking distance to the most of the interesting sites in the area. The rooms are pretty lovely, contemporary, and designed in an attractive manner. Incredible automatic blackout drapes, wide-screen television, built-in coffee maker, and wonderfully comfortable beds. excellent breakfast and incredibly kind and helpful staff members. really recommend, especially for those watching their spending.

HI Melbourne

Excellent hotel that is conveniently located within walking distance of both Southern Cross station and the tram route that serves the CBD.

The space was substantial, immaculate, and contemporary all at the same time. Amazingly large windows that let in a flood of natural light and provide a lot of space to the room. Amenities for the bathroom are supplied, and if required, guests can make special requests for additional items (and more specific ones can be ordered if required).

Both the block-out shutters and the WiFi connection were reliable. The block-out shutters did an excellent job of keeping the room dark at any hour of the day or night.

The check-in and check-out procedures were both quick and painless, and the staff members were quite pleasant to interact with.

They include an outdoor pool, which is ideal for a refreshing dip on those hot and muggy city days (like it was during my visit).

Because the accommodation wasn't very soundproof near Flinders Lane, one idea would be to make earplugs available as a complimentary gift for guests who have trouble falling or staying asleep (where automobiles may be heard honking early in the morning).

I thought it was a terrific modern hotel in a great location, and if given the chance, I would definitely consider staying there again.

Positions of importance and a photogenic bedroom

Why did we choose this particular hotel?

To begin, the hotel is situated in an excellent area because everything, including the airport, the city, restaurants, and shopping centres, is within a short distance of it. The location is fantastic. During times of high traffic, it takes around half an hour to travel from the hotel to the airport via taxi.

It is possible to reach Flinders Station, the Yarra River, Collin Street, Elizabeth Street, Bourke Street, as well as all of the upscale shopping malls, street restaurants, St. Kilda Beach, DFO/factory outlets, and the Melbourne Exhibition Centre on foot, and there is a free tram stop directly in front of the hotel.

For this price in Melbourne, you receive a brand new or refurbished bedroom with queen-size beds in both beds. Rooms 422 and 423 are typical corner rooms; they are larger and more appealing than other rooms in the hotel. Due to the fact that we were travelling with two young children, we felt this to be a wonderful situation.

Friendly and helpful staff, however guests should be informed that there is no concierge or luggage service offered (which is especially crucial when travelling with young children); this is not a disadvantage, but rather a warning to set reasonable expectations.

They offer a laundry area that accepts coins and also have a dryer! Consider how quickly dirty laundry can accumulate when travelling with a family for an extended period of time, and then take into account the fact that you will only need to set aside a total of six dollars, which includes the detergent that will be provided, in order to wash and dry all of your clothes.

The gym and pool are merely OK; this is not where you should spend your time.

Your Opal card, which is used for the public transportation system in Sydney, will not operate in Melbourne; however, you will be able to get a refund for any unused cash on a Myki card (given that you top it up with at least $5). Tram rides within Melbourne's central business district are free of charge, however visits to St. Kilda Beach and the Moonlit Sanctuary (where you may have hugs and live interactions with koalas and kangaroos) require money. You will need to fill out a form and provide your password in order to receive a refund. You can only get a refund at South Cross Station, which is the major station. The OZ Metro/MRT Card system is extremely complicated and difficult to understand.

Now that I'm back at the hotel, I'd want to say that my stay was overall positive and that I'm considering a return visit.

This location features comfortable restrooms and friendly service staff members.
Our family of four had plenty of area to move around, and the cleanliness of the rooms was amazing. Both the dinner and the service provided by the local Roma were of the highest possible quality. The staff was friendly and quick to provide assistance as needed. We had a wonderful trip, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who is searching for a nice option for a family holiday in the heart of the city.

Good, clean accommodations

This is a hotel that I would recommend to others and plan to stay at myself on future trips. Because to its convenient location, friendly staff, and standard amenities, this hotel is a great option to consider. Due to the fact that our flight was so early in the morning, we were able to check in earlier than normal.

Time Away in Melbourne with the Family

This is the sixth time that we have been at this home, and each of our previous visits has been fantastic in every way. It is always clean, pleasant, and convenient to cafes, the Crown Casino, the Flinders Street train station, Federation Square, and the trams to Marvel Stadium and the MCG (we visit from Western Australia every year to attend the AFL) (we travel from W.A to watch the AFL annually). The rooms have a refrigerator and a microwave, making them somewhat self-sufficient.

Vacation in Melbourne

In all honesty, it's not a really luxurious hotel, but it will do.
The accommodations are spotless, and the service is excellent.
There are several convenient amenities, such as restaurants, within walking distance.
If you are not planning to stay in your room much of the time it is a good base to discover Melbourne
If you are not expecting to be in your accommodation much of the time it is a wonderful base to tour Melbourne

The included breakfast is delicious and a great deal.

This is one of my favourite places to stay and I have been here many times.
When I need to be in close proximity to the location of the conference in Southbank, I always select this hotel as my place to stay. I already have a reservation for a two-night stay for the weekend of the 15th and 16th of June, so that I can attend a performance immediately following the conference and go sight seeing on the following day. Because the staff is so friendly and helpful, I find myself returning back again and again. There are two rooms available, each of which is roomy, tidy, and in excellent condition, and each features a kitchenette. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of tasty options (3). (4) a pleasant atmosphere all throughout the hotel. The fact that all of the shops and restaurants are located within a short walking distance from the hotel is a significant advantage.

Awesome experience

Incredible adventure from beginning to end. I stayed at the Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne Queen street for two months, and throughout that time I found that my stay was well worth it.

The staff is helpful and friendly, and they are always ready to assist at any given moment in time.

A Wonderful Experience

My daughter's birthday celebration, which included a trip to the city for a special stay of two nights, turned out to be an absolutely great event. The Assistant Manager, Mr. Andrew Edwards, went above and above our expectations by giving each of us a special birthday card that he had penned. My daughter does not feel confident swimming in deep water, so the pool at this hotel was ideal for her. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfy.

Located on Queen Street, the Melbourne Review.

Good hotel. Easy to make a reservation online. Includes all of the fundamentals. A convenient location for getting about. The views weren't all that terrible. The card slots on the elevator are rather problematic, as evidenced by the fact that a family on vacation from China became caught in a lift for five minutes before they escaped to seek assistance on how to enable the elevator to move or function properly. It is imperative that the card be completely horizontal. Not recommended for younger folks or those who already have a few drinks in them.

Wonderful time in Melbourne

The Adina Hotel is situated in the heart of the city. In close proximity to a variety of businesses and restaurants. Very spacious and spotless apartment with three bedrooms, all of which have king-size beds. Another advantage is the proximity of the taxi stand to the entrance of the building. Staff that is both knowledgable and friendly. When in Melbourne, you should very certainly stay here again.

Crown Towers Melbourne

Hotels in Melbourne

Address8 Whiteman St, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia

Phone+61 3 9292 8888

About

The Crown Towers in Melbourne, which boasts a stunning location on the southern bank of the Yarra River, is often regarded as the premier luxury hotel in all of Australia. The Crown Towers is a hotel that has a true understanding of what it means to be opulent because it features lavish interior design and offers an outstanding degree of customer service as well as attention to detail.

The Best Hotel in Melbourne

This is not the first time I've been at Crown Towers Melbourne, and the facility never fails to deliver an outstanding experience; it is without a doubt one of the very best hotels in the city. Great room sizes (although they do vary in size depending on the curvature of the room, and some of the rooms have bay windows while others do not), and the property is kept in excellent condition.

Excellent location with easy access to restaurants and nightlife, and the Virtuoso services, which include an upgrade at the time of booking, a bottle of wine upon arrival, and membership to the Crystal Club and Aqua, are always a welcome addition.

An excellent stay

The night before last, my husband and I stayed at the Crown Towers. We stayed in a villa that was beyond our wildest dreams in terms of its level of opulence. There was a substantial amount of space available, including a sizable bedroom in addition to an additional living area, a walk-in closet, and a sizable bathroom. We were provided with outstanding service both when we checked in and from our own butler. We have visited Crown Towers on a number of occasions, and each of those visits has been an experience to remember. The beds, pillows, and linens are all of such high quality that they are really comfortable. Unfortunately, the food at Long Chim, one of the restaurants in the Crown complex that we had never been to before, did not meet our expectations, and we did not enjoy our lunch at all. After retiring to our room, we placed an order for a cheese plate, which arrived in a timely fashion and lived up to our expectations in every way. The Conservatory, which is an absolutely lovely restaurant with a view of the Yarra River, is where we had breakfast this morning. We had a wonderful time eating the delicious, high-quality breakfast that was provided. Despite the fact that we did not particularly enjoy our supper, we had an incredible time at Crown Towers and will most certainly stay there again. I would want to express my gratitude to each and every member of the team, with a special mention to Tim, who is one of the managers.

I can't wait to get back there!

The wonderful view once we were moved to a different room; the view from the original room was dreadful.
A genuine five-star hotel with an extremely luxurious atmosphere and first-rate service. After I made a complaint about the view from our initial room (720), we were relocated to a different room (1202), which was much better. This room was just fantastic. Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful. I have no clue why they put us in the first room when they had a superior King room available, which is what we had booked. I have no idea why they did that.

Great Value! Excellent Situation! Excellent Teamwork!

I was taken aback when I was presented with the opportunity to check in early; yet, I did not hesitate to take advantage of this perk. In addition, the chocolates that accompanied the welcome note that was waiting for me in my room were a thoughtful gesture that added a wonderful touch. Already, I had the feeling that someone was looking out for my best interests. Throughout the entirety of my stay, I carried that sensation with me. My room was immaculate and quite comfortable, and the hotel's location was ideal for meeting my requirements in that respect. It is impossible to find another hotel that can compete with this one due to its reasonable rates, outstanding quality, and excellent service. There is no doubt in my mind that I will return.

Last minute booking

Making my reservation for this hotel on lastminute.com enabled me to take advantage of a terrific discount that was offered. The front desk workers were helpful, kind, and quick while processing our check-in. The accommodation served its purpose well for a single night's visit. The fact that there was no soap in the shower is evidence that the person in charge of cleaning must have neglected to bring some, but it was no problem for me because I just went downstairs and grabbed some. Not a problem. I decided to silence the windows by hurling a magazine through one of them when I noticed some noise coming from them throughout the night. all good. The water pressure in the shower was really high, and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom was very good. Due to the fact that I needed to get up early in order to catch the Skybus, I was only able to get a few hours of rest on the comfortable bed. Excellent location just a short distance from the neighbouring train station. Besides the river that runs through it. In addition to that, there are excellent dining options.

Straightforward and spotless

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
The room was spotless, uncluttered, and tastefully embellished. In addition to this, there was an enormous skylight hanging from the ceiling, which along with the room's high ceilings, created an airy and open atmosphere.
The Southern Cross Station may be reached on foot in just two minutes, and the building can be reached quickly and easily.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent.

My employer required that I spend two nights at this location in order for me to be able to attend a conference at the neighbouring Melbourne Convention Centre, thus that is where I stayed during my visit. They upgraded me to a room that had space for three people, so I can only presume that it was a little bigger than the normal rooms at the hotel. Having said that, taking into consideration the size of the bathroom, I'm not sure how three people could possibly reside in this area. On the other hand, the bed was very cosy, and as a result, I was able to get a respectable amount of shut-eye thanks to it. The entire location exuded a warm and welcoming vibe, and the staff members went above and beyond to ensure that their needs were met. My partner and I are in a long-distance relationship, and he lives in Melbourne; therefore, I respectfully enquired as to whether or not he might stay with us, and they were perfectly fine with the notion. We are in a long-distance relationship. Due to the fact that the room contained only a refrigerator and not any other kind of kitchenette, I would not choose to stay in this particular room for a longer amount of time; nevertheless, it would be fine for one or two nights. Excellent cost-benefit ratio.

The Aparthotel, which can be found in the very heart of the city, provides visitors with an excellent location from which they can discover everything that the city that has been voted the most liveable in the world has to offer. Indulge in some retail therapy at Bourke Street Mall, Melbourne Central, or Emporium Melbourne; discover the allure of the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Rod Laver Arena with its world-class concerts, the Australian Football League (AFL), cricket, and tennis; and much more. You may kick back, relax, and embark on a gastronomic trip with Melbourne's one-of-a-kind eating experiences; all of this and more can be found right outside your door. However, if it is business that takes you to town, Citadines is located within the Central Business District, near to Parliament House, Collins Street, and the SX1 and SX2 buildings. If this is what draws you to town, then you will be pleased to know that this location. These significant points of interest can all be reached by foot. The Citadines complex has a total of 380 fully serviced apartments, each of which has a living room and dining area that are completely distinct from one another, kitchenettes that are completely furnished, and other modern conveniences. At Citadines, you will have the autonomy of your own apartment in addition to the conveniences that come with staying in a hotel. This is one of the many benefits of choosing to stay at Citadines. The resort features a fully-equipped fitness centre, an indoor pool, a sauna, and an outdoor sundeck in addition to its other amenities. In addition, there are areas that can be used for conferences and meetings, a business centre, and free wireless internet throughout the site.

Excellent value for a unit with two bedrooms

The accommodations at Citadines exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful time there with my family during the Easter break.
In addition to its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment featured a kitchen that was completely furnished as well as a washer and dryer. There is enough of space, the entire location is quite clean, the mattresses are pleasant and comfortable, and the atmosphere is really calm.

It is impossible to find a better position than this one because it is situated in the Central Business District (CBD), which is a top area. Walking or taking the tram will get you about anywhere you need to go in this city. Even though we had access to a car, the only time we actually used it was to go on a day excursion to the Dandenongs.

Even though the hotel's parking lot was full, we were allowed to park in a commercial lot immediately next door for a discounted rate of $16.00 per night. This lot was just next to the hotel. This was due to the fact that the motel was located directly next to a commercial lot. Because of this, it was more reasonable than the sum that the hotel charged for overnight parking; however, the catch was that you could only enter and exit the lot once per 24 hours. The hotel charged a higher rate for overnight parking. On the other hand, this did not provide us with any difficulties of any kind.

Unfortuitously, it turned out that the studio suite that had been scheduled for one of our groups was actually a room that had been adapted for a guest with a disability. This meant that there was no screening in the shower, and the floor was quite flat, which meant that water went completely everywhere. Additionally, there was no door to the shower. The fact that we were not notified of this when we checked in was one of the things that irritated us the most about our stay. Despite this, the staff staffing the front desk were really nice, even if it took quite a while for us to get checked in.

Beautiful Accommodation, Excellent Location

The staff members were very friendly, the amenities were outstanding, the accommodation was of sufficient size, and the location could not have been more convenient for us. The level of service was exceptionally great from the moment I arrived till the moment I checked out of the establishment. I am beyond grateful to having had the chance to stay at Citadines on Bourke, and it is quite probable that I will do so once again in the near future.

Excellent Hotel

The personnel was really kind, the location was beautiful, the room was pretty large, and it was in excellent shape. With regard to this hotel, I have nothing but complimentary things to say. The location is ideal because it is so close to all of the attractions, and there is a tram stop right outside the door. The bulk of well-known attractions, including the municipal golf course, are within easy walking distance of the property.

It has been renovated and converted into a boutique hotel, and it features a variety of luxurious suites, including Plaza Suites, Heritage Suites, Balcony Suites, Loft Spa Apartments, One Bedroom Apartments, and Two Bedroom Apartments. 55th Anniversary of the Year

A memorable vacation can be had at The Treasury on Collins, which is a lovely spot to stay. The accommodations are always quite professionally presented, and the location is convenient to the Central Business District. The service goes above and above what you anticipate, and the personnel is more than willing to assist you in any way they can. In general, it was a wonderful vacation.

My new favourite hangout in Melbourne, Australia

During a work trip, I slept here for three nights, and I couldn't find anything wrong with it. The rooms are astoundingly huge, the staff is friendly, and the location in relation to the retail district, eateries, and the CBD could not have been more convenient.
Because we made our reservation directly with the hotel, we were entitled to both the complimentary breakfast and the nightly happy hour, during which we were offered free drinks.
This has quickly become my favourite place to stay in Melbourne, and it is one that I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Best probable location

I just don't have enough positive things to say about Treasury on Collins in Melbourne's core business area. We liked the lobby with its bar and the mezzanine with its enormous breakfast buffet at this former bank that had been converted into an apartment hotel. The location was convenient, the staff was quite helpful, and there were a lot of eateries within walking distance (if that's what you wanted to do). I had a great day taking a visit to Blinders, riding the tram to the Art Museum, and going for a walk in the Botanical Gardens.
It was a pleasure to go shopping in the downtown area, which was filled with arcades. We dined at a wide variety of eateries.
I was pleased with the layout of our room on the fifth floor, although the noise from the alley behind it was distracting. The clattering sound made by empty glass bottles being placed into a recycling bin.
502 was graciously taken into custody. The kitchenette was enough for preparing light meals.
It's more of a tea kitchen if you will.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city

I had a great time there. This room is very lovely, and it's so tidy and quiet. The bathtub was wonderful. The washer and dryer in one machine is a huge time saver. Complete kitchen with everything you need to make delicious breakfasts as well as other meals.
The wine tasting in the afternoon was a pleasant added service. Excellent location, right in the heart of all the action.

About

Crown Promenade in Melbourne provides you a new point of view on how nice a hotel may be by being unpretentious, having won awards for its design, and being totally up to date. Crown Promenade is close to the Central Business District (CBD), the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, and some of the city's most well-known arts and sporting facilities, despite its location in the center of the action, in Melbourne's lively Southbank entertainment precinct, and directly linked to the exciting Crown Entertainment Complex. Relax by the pool or take a stroll to the Crown Entertainment Complex, which features nonstop live entertainment and dining options, and enjoy upscale dining and drinks at Mesh restaurant and Tonic Bar. At Crown Promenade, you can work, eat, sleep, or play without sacrificing any of your elegance.

Excellent Situation, Very Nice Hotel

Both checking in and checking out went quickly and without a hitch. The front desk workers were helpful and kind in most cases. My Executive Double room was exceptionally spacious for a single traveller, and it included high-end amenities and furnishings. The bed was roomy and inviting. The air conditioner worked properly, the internet connection was a touch sluggish and a bother to connect to on a daily basis, and the bathroom was roomy and spotless. The view from the wide window, which looked out over the river and the city below, was particularly beautiful in the evening.
The motel is situated in a very convenient location. The Convention Center can be reached on foot in only ten minutes, the River Walk is not far away, and there is a multitude of places to eat and be entertained in the surrounding area, including the Village Cinemas. The fitness centre is fairly spacious and features high-quality amenities. The staff is pleasant enough, and the breakfast options at Mesh Restaurant are varied and, for the most part, good.
In general, a nice hotel with a fantastic setting that offers excellent value for the money.

Affection for the Promenade

I really enjoy staying at the Promenade since everything, including the casino, restaurants, and stores, is conveniently located within the same building. I never have to brave the cold weather. The bed is quite comfy, and I adore the views of the city. The hotel's concierge was really polite and helpful; they stored our bags while we were out on our final day there and even called a taxi for us on a couple of occasions. The customer service throughout the hotel was excellent as well.

Even the Crown Towers can't compare!

Everything was of the highest calibre! Service that is second to none, a fantastic perspective of the city, and a considerably quieter atmosphere than the Crown Towers, which is where we often stay once a year as a special treat. The entire complex can be navigated with such ease. Juliet, who worked in the downstairs restaurant, was really helpful in catering to our requirements. It is safe to say that she is a remarkable young lady. We have decided to stay here instead of in the Crown Towers!

A quick and simple detour

A stop in Melbourne that is remarkably quiet despite its high level of comfort. Some of the rooms offer wonderfully relaxing views of the surrounding countryside. Although it is not in the centre of the central business district, the location is very accessible and offers easy access to the airport.

The coziest possible accomodation

Two nights were spent at the Larwill, and I will most certainly be returning there. The hotel was spotless, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the room service from the restaurant next door was mouthwateringly good. The staff at the reception desk were quite helpful and polite.

Too Good

The room was large and airy, the lighting was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were views of the park. It was a pleasant surprise to sense space while being so close to the city. Lovely and friendly people working there. Free wifi was the deciding factor for us, along with on-site parking, a secure environment, and a selection of movies to choose from.

Lovely brand-new hotel, with a fantastic location and some unique details.

We stayed here on a recurring trip to Melbourne because of its fantastic location just next to Royal Park. Brand new hotel with rooms that are both tastefully decorated and nicely equipped (with a yoga mat). Wonderful work with interesting little details. A well-lit bathroom with plenty of shelf space for personal items, as well as adequate illumination for reading in bed.
